Sorry guys it was not me the Lycos was doing a weird check for referrer and does not allow if it is linked from another site. I have made a work around and it works now. Hope Lycos doesn't block this
The agreement was very good. Just an update. Recent legal opinion published in a popular tamil magazine (mangayar malar) states house owners are not allowed to charge an official rent advance but they can take a security deposit. Exit clauses can be considered for inclusion for emergency requirements of the house owner like force majeur, insurance for the property to be partly borne by the arentor (for non discretional damage caused to the property during period of the agreement, discretional damage will be payable at actuals to be deducted from the security deposit(price quotation to be provided by the original builder of the property)) & notice period from tenant to owner will be 2 months & owner to tenant will be 1 month. As an intellectual property lawyer, i think addition of these can make the same more comprehensive.
